I qualified to become a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2020 after first qualifying to become a Level 2 Gym Instructor. Both these courses I did through HFE and exams were with YMCA and CIMSPA endorsed. I am also accredited with CIMSPA which is the governing body for exercise and fitness professionals.
My main passion is to help Women gain confidence and belief in themselves and their abilities, I do this through Health, Fitness, Nutrition and Mindset.
I am a Personal Trainer with a huge purpose to change the way society sees Physical Activity and Nutrition, I want to change the narrative that ‘exercise is a punishment for what you ate’ and ‘You don’t need to see a Personal Trainer you are skinny!’. We are in 2023 yet I still hear people say these things, Personal Training is far more then what people may think.
I am a Personal Trainer who wants to know your WHY?! Why do you want to gain a six pack? Why do you want to loose weight? Why do you want to gain muscle? Why do you need help with your Nutrition?
Often when we know our WHY! We get to understand ourselves more and are more willing to stick to the process as we are more true to what our values and beliefs are.
I’m a Personal Trainer who really cares about my Clients, if you are wanting to come and have sessions and work hard, let’s do it! If you are wanting to have a chat and a relaxed session, I’m all up for it! If you are needing the time for yourself, bring it on! I cater for all needs and I listen to what all my Clients are asking for from the sessions and me as a Personal Trainer.
It’s safe to say I’m definitely one of a kind and definitely braking that stereotypical Personal Trainer model, but you know what….I’ll take it on and embrace it….after-all I’m no sheep, there’s no fun in that 😜
